I had my rny on 6/8. I am drinking Water and my carnation instant breakfast drinks. Anyone else hurry? Any ideas

I had my rny on the 5. I am not hungry but very bloated and fill full all the time, don't want to eat but I make myself drink the carnations and then I really feel like shit! Don't know what to think! Sorry ur hungry maybe more protien.

It's must be head hungry ? What about sugar free Popsicles or fudgesicles ? Did your dr provide a list ?

I know I can eat limit of two sugar free popsicles. I don't have a big list. I will ask them is I can eat sugar free pudding

Maybe try warm broth. I do not eat meat or chicken but I fell in love with oriental broth it has ginger. The warmth made me feel less hungry.

Hot tea helps me alot. Moving around helps, but nothing has gotten rid of the gas that rises to my shoulder ???? Help ???

I chewed gas-x like it was going out of style! It seemed to help!
