Two different nurses say to me after surgery, did u have the sleeve done? I said no.. bypass. They say Oh ok it was written here that's all. Ahhh! What if they did the wrong surgery??!!

Ask for a copy of the operation report you can get it from your surgeons office. Takes 2-4 days after surgery. Or make them show it to you at hospital. I would be asking !!!!!

My hospital put the wrong gender on my chart, and they wpuld not touch me until it was corrected.

I think they ask just to make sure, double check.
