Thank u everyone!! And toning actually haven't.... I have a lot of lose skin. Guess my work uniform just does a great job lol I did do some boxing which is really good work out!

I am now 100lbs down! July 5th will be my one yr post op. feeling great! Loving life! And have recently found out I am pregnant!! Big surprise lol. Good luck to you all!

I've really just started craving it lol so I was shopping at BJs n saw that they had these! It reminded me of the 100 calorie Snacks but instead it's meat and very high in protein!! Ill post a pic of my before and after! And the after I have was actually when I was 60-70 lbs down! Now I'm 80!

And down 80 lbs lovin life!

I had surgery July 5th 2012 I have had no problems. But that's me. It's very yummy and high in protein and low in cal I ha e it all the time and love just figured I'd share it.

100 calories 18 grams of protein!! Good snack very tasty and filling I highly recommend. I bought these at my BJs store. Came in a six pack of original and teriyaki.

Anyone else a lot colder now after losing weight?! I use to love winter now can't stand it sleep with two blankets and heat on 72! Blare the heat in my vehicles and at work in my ambulance! My partner had to put his window down bc of how hot I made it lol feet and legs are the most cold and hands!

I did the depo shot my dr highly recommends the Nuva ring.

The teriyaki jerky is really good! 70 cals and 9g of protein that's really good and not really hard!

I have finally hit onederland! I am so excited! Had surgery on July 5th 2012 am down 74 lbs and feel great! Hope everyone is doing good!!

Had sex a week after surgery all was good and its even better now with 70 lbs lost!! Good luck to you!

I drank about 2 1/2 months out no harm! Do get drinker easier so just take it easy. I am not addicted just drink on occasion my anniversary birthday and some concerts. I had my surgery in July. Yes high in calorie! Will gain a pound or two but I got back on the liquid diet for a day or two after fri king and I'm right back on track! But if u are depressed or have an addictive personality I wouldn't recommend it. Good luck to you!! Be safe with everything you put in but also don't deprive yourself it will drive you crazy!
