  4. Thank you guys. Funny because my mom told me the same thing! She said try a few things at home. I have been tolerating pretty much anything I have gone to eat so far, unless I eat too fast or dont chew, then I tend to throw up. But my few times I have experienced my dumping syndrome is milk or milk product,,and I get the worst Diarreha. I am actually afraid to eat things outside of my own home!
  5. Can i get an add.too??. Lexi robertshaw
  6. So first i am not posting this to get anyone to jump all over me. So dont please. Anyways i am headed to vegas in nov. And i have not even thought about alcohol due to the fact i am not a huge drinker. But is it ok to have a drink or two? I mean hello girls weekend in vegas! Nothing carbonated..clearly lol but something simple...? Yes i understand cross over addictions and blah blah im not making a a habit... Anyways by the trip ill be 3.5 mo post op.
  7. If you can tolerate them, try the All fruit no suger added pops.. They are only like 40 calories and they are SO good. I think bryers makes them. But the regular popcicle brand are very tastey too! I use to be able to taste the artificial sweetner and honestly I just do not taste the difference anymore. Also I dont know if you guys have a winco but here at our winco they have a large assortment of sugar free candy in their bulk isle. I have been eating suger free yogurt covered raisins.
  8. I work at old navy FYI if you buy something online you can return it in the store. And our old navy here carries up to a size 20 jeans, and XXL tops. However I have not been able to wear the jeans in forever because an 18 is too small and a 20 is too big. I am hoping now that I am officially an 18 it might fit lol.
  9. When was yoir surgery and how much have you lost so far..and most importiantly how are you feeling? My surgery was 9/7/12 starting weight 240...current weight 219. I feel ok..i have been learning how much it hurts when i eat too fast or dont chew well enough. And finally this last week experienced some sort indication that i actually had surgery...milk.. Blah. Hello dumping syndrome.
  10. I too lived on them! My doctor told me that water and fluid will not stretch my pouch bc it runs right through. If you were concerned about that... Im three weeks out and i can almost drink water normally. And i drink a TON of it... Prob a gallon a day lol. I am always so thirsty. But i looove sugar free popcicles and fudge pops! Fudge pops are so close to ice cream consistancy and the sugar free ones are soooo good!
