I am a year and half out. I sometime get really cold: hands and feet mainly. At night, I am freezing. I know I don't have the insulation as before but is this normal. Help

A year ago, I did a procedure that changed my life for the better. It gave me a new lease to live a long and healthy life. I wouldn't change anything thing about it. I have more energy and able to keep up with my kids and chuck. I still struggle at times when I am stressed but having my tool for success has stops me in my tracks. I am so thankful and greatful for all support. No words or appreciation can every express how I feel about you supporting and encouraging me. Thanks again and love ya. Hugs!!!

Went to Lane Bryant to buy pants and undergarments. Anyway, I tried on a size 18, they were to big. So, when I tried on a size 16, tears started falling. I haven't been that size since high school. I am very happy I made the choice for the surgery. I have my ups and downs with it but I over all pleased with my progress. Thanks for all your support and as always keep you great progress as well.

Congrads on your weight loss! It's a very exciting time. I had my surgery 11/30/11. Yep! My surgaversay is coming up. I have lost a total of 119lbs. It so worth it. I need another 40 lbs until I hit my goal weight. My best advice follow the diet and excercise regimen. You do that and you will be a succes.

So I had surgery today for a tubal. My Gyn didn't want to do earlier because of the risks with my weight. Just recovering, no more babies for me. I have twins. They are wonderful, a blessing and a handful.
