Hot then cold vice vera

I am a year and half out. I sometime get really cold: hands and feet mainly. At night, I am freezing. I know I don't have the insulation as before but is this normal. Help

its okay bbe ur fats blanket is gone !! that hw normal people feel XD i have been in your shoes but if its heat waves and sweating suddenly then cold u need to see Gynecologist

my hands and feet are usually always cold now! I wear socks and a sweater....and my family thinks I am nuts! but I think it's normal, have heard a lot of people here say they have the same issues.

Unless you are having other issues I would chalk it up to loss of our "insulation"
