I a able to do thing like Zumba, play at Bounce U with my kids-even play on the house and obstacle courses with them, walked a marathon, was able to ride some roller coaster rides, walk 3 miles in 45 mins. I still have a long ways to go. I have faith in myself and wonderful support. My support comes from my family, friends and you guys. Thank you so much for the encouragement. I have been slowing down on the weight loss now. I do have to say frightens me a little. Yet, I believe this is normal. The rest of it is truely up to me to excercise. Thanks again

It wasn't until recently that I starting feeling a little bit less. I can only contribute that to my clothes literally fall off of me. I do still believe that mentally and emotionally we may still feel that way but with the support and help of others we can strive to feel this way.
