  1. Thanks! Now, I am not moving on the scale. I have been fluctuating 202 to 205. For almost a month. Grr
  2. It's official. I lost 104lbs. My body fat is 40% from 50%, waist 42 from 53, chest 43 from 52, arms 11.5 from 14, hips 47 from 61. Totaling 44 inches lost. I am totally shocked on the inches. Now I just wish I would move again.

  6. Ok, I have an issue. I have been using my fitness pal to track my meals. I eat 115 protien today but also 109 carbs but if I minus the fiber it 98 carbs. So my sugar is 51 again If I minus my yogurt because it so high in sugar it's only 33. I also emailed my nutrientist about the whole sugar thing because I am confused. She told me as long as my sugar per serving is below 10. I am good except for yogurt. I can have Greek or any light brand. What do you all think?

  8. You can. If you go on my fitness pal website. You can adjust calories, time you want you meals, etc. I adjusted my calories to 800 and switched my meals to time instead of breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can even add snacks also
  9. I completely understand. At least you can visual what your eating.
  10. Yeah! According to my surgeon and nutritionist we become very fertile. He told me I could ovulate several times a month until thing stablize. My Gyn conformed it with me also, and told me to wait until August or close to the year mark to have tubes tied. I wish I did it soon though, iud or tubes tied.
  11. I so glad someone posted this. Before surgery, I had use medics to have a period. I would for month not having one at all. The day after my surgery, I got it but it was really light. I don't have an iud. I actually been contemplating in iud or tubes tied. Any way, since January I have been regular. Gyn doc wants to put me on birth control bills. I don't want to because I gain so much weight w them and I am very moody.

  14. Unfortunately, nuts causeway to get constipated . They are an awesome pick me so have to watch how much I eat of them. I increased my protien also. I agree about the new growth, I see it coming back too
  15. That's great! I agree with you it does feel wonderful. I am starting to train for a 1/2 marathon in September. I was going to for the flying pig in Cincinnati next may but found out it the same weekend the twins recieved Holy Communion. I am just happy I found another one though. I perfer to walk right know. I already had 2 operations on my knees when I was younger.

  18. Start walking, it's best thin you can do. Also, the best advice I was given and I am going to give to you is follow your doctor and nutritionist orders. It's very important. I had some hard times with Vitamins but I am good now. Everyone is different and try not compare yourself with anyone. Your on you own new journey. Best of luck to you!

  20. I believe one is called obesity help. I use my fitness pal app to registery food and excercise. I also bought gastric by pass for dummies for a reference book, along with some cook books. I hope that helps you good luck.
  21. I have such a hard time for hard time eating hard boiled eggs. I do really need to eat it because my hair is falling out big time.
