It looks like we are going to have a good group. It's going to be very beneficial to all of us. We can keep this group going and always be able to come in and post questions since we are all having the surgery one right after the other! I'm so excited to have so many people in here. There are few like me having surgery the first week so we will be able to help with questions and to give you an idea what our hospital stay and pain etc. Oh I just wanted to see if your up for using our real first name. My name is Chris.. I am 6'4" and weigh 490

I'm Jen. Will be scheduled late November. 5'4" weight 228 this morning! My Doc is wonderful and gave an estimate of weight will be 125-140 if I listen to him. Even though I am heavy I am very active....I get up at 5:30 and don't stop until 10:30-11 at night. I'm a busy Nurse, Wife and Momma. So excited to get started!!! My goal weight is 135-140.

I will also be there nov 8-12. I'm sure we'll see you. I'm same day surgery though. Are you having surgery on the 9th?

Yes on the 9th! Getting very excited but nervous at the same time! Not too much longer and then starting the liquid diet.. I am even looking forward to that! I will look for you there!
