Holy ITCHY incision sites Batman!

It's been twinging a little but today, my God these are so itchy and I cant touch them... I was not stapled shut, I have the liquid stitches so I can't touch them because of their covering and the itching is killing me.

How long does this last? 6 days post op.

Mine stopped itching around 4 weeks out, by 6 weeks all my glues was gone. I used to take allergy medicine like benadryal to help wit the itching so you won't need much just a pill every now and then helped me through the tough times. Just be careful no to scratch the glue off until its time.

I had my gall bladder removed in '08 and 2 of my little incision scars STILL itch like the devil.

I started itching reading this post. My itchy-ness went away 7 days after surgery.

Oh my lanta. I'm so glad I'm not the only one with this issue. I have tried just about everything and can't get the little snots to stop itching. Just (not so)patiently waiting for them to come off.
