  1. @@BabyGotBack Thank you so much! I guess I just need to focus more on the positive. Im just not where I'd like to be and am being quite negative about it. Thank you so much for the pep talk!
  2. Does anyone else feel like they are stuck? I know it's a mental thing, but sometime I feel hungry when I know I shouldn't. Is anyone else struggling with this? Im so scared I am going to back slid and I would absolutely die if that happened. Just looking for confirmation that I am not the only one struggling

    Before and After Pics

This is my 6 month mark. I know I still have a heck of a lot to loose, but some progress is better than none!
  4. Did your doctor put you on anything to prevent gallstones? Mine put me on Actigal to help prevent them.

  7. I'm an ER Tech and in Nursing school as well. I had my surgery on Thursday and back at clinicals on Monday. As far as being back for work. I took a week off. I'm just back with restrictions of not lifting anything over 25lbs. I have amazing co-workers so that's not been an issue for me.
  8. I plan on going to a theme park and riding all kinds of roller coasters. You want to know why? Because I won't have to worry if I'm going to fit or not. I know I will fit. I won't have to stress out that everyone will be waiting on me to get buckled! I won't have to be embarrassed and Ill get to enjoy the rides.
  9. I was sleeve 10/24. I went in at 292 and I'm down 269 this week. I'm still havin trouble getting my fluids in though. I keep everything down, but I'm just so full that I don't want anything at all.

    Thanksgiving.. What to eat.?

This is the one and only year that I'm going to count it as a blessing that it is my shift to work this year. We rotate Holidays. I'm going to miss my Grandma's cooking that's for sure. I'll only be 4 weeks post op on Thanksgiving so I'm glad tht I'll be at work.
  12. Thank you so much! Good luck to everyone
  13. I was sleeves this week on Thursday oct 24th. I'm not having many issues, but the pain in my lower right quadrant won't ease up. Any suggestions for the pain other than walking and meds?
