PINKBERRY AND FRO-YO

I'm not even two weeks out yet but I'm in my diet stages 2 with full and Clear Liquids but I'm curious to know if I can eat pink-berry and FRO-Yo with no toppings?? Help cause these Protein Shakes aren't helping one bit YUCK!

I've eaten frozen yogurt without a problem. Be careful with the sugar...some people have a bad reaction.

I was told no fruit! I drink the ISO-100 Protein with almond unsweetened mils and its really a smooth drink! Get you a small jug and try it at GNC and if you don't like they will refund your money! I get the gourmet vanilla!

Well I'm sure you can eat it... But is it a comparable replacement for the shakes?

No.

If your on full liquids try some Fage plain Greek yogurt with some Splenda and vanilla extract.

If the yogurt is too thick, thin it with Water. Any of the mio drink flavorings or sugar free syrups can be used in greek yogurt too. I didn't care for it that way, but many people do.

Yoplat makes a really good frozen greek yogurt popsicle....the vanilla and honey tastes like ice cream. I lived off of that for a couple weeks LOL
