2 and half months post op (pictures!)

Just thought I'd share my results so far! Highest weight was 270, pre-op I was 246 and I'm now 205. I love my sleeve! Here's some pictures!

Well I really try my best to focus on Protein but I don't restrict any certain foods. As long as I near my protein goals and stay within my calories I'll eat a couple bites of anything. I eat between 600-800 calories and aim for 60-80 grams of protein. I usually have a Protein shake and/or a Quest bar each day to help me get my protein in and I love the Ostrim snack sticks!

Lol well you know weight loss surgery really did alot for me in the hair department!
