Anything I want to eat, just small portions. Of course, I still focus on getting Protein first - and then I'm usually full!

Hmmmm lets see. Im 5 weeks out i have my shakes I eat eggwhite omlettes with mozz, I have grilled chicken breast still poulverize my broccoli like into mashed potatoes or cauliflower I dont know why

Im afraid to try it plain steamed with olive oil and salt , but something about the shape ant texture maybe? had a tiny piece of swordfish had a sliver of watermelon but it tasted so sweet to me , I really wasnt liking it. I had a meatballs, tender pork , steak , Peanut Butter ,crackers with rice flour and guacamole ,also turkey breast coldcut boars head with mayo and alot of decent calorie cheeses nothing over 7 grams of fat per serving. feta, mozz ect. so besides bread I basically eat everything. The only problem I had was day 2 in hospital I couldnt get down pureed food till they shot my iv with anti nausea meds from that point unfortunatelly I can eat everything! which means alot more mental work for me cause I know I can eat. I still shoot for 600 calories a day right now cause I can . We shall see how it goes. Dont be afraid to try things you will be ok. good luck to you, hope this helps.

I can get away with it and Im afraid to eat sweets yeay kudos for me thats one good thing going for me.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
