    I am 4 months out (June 3rd) and I can eat anything. As of today I've lost 64 pounds. I do eat Protein first and limit my carbs, but I'm not super strict about it (meaning I will eat an occasional cracker or slice of bread).

    Here I am the night before surgery, and then 3 months later! I see the biggest difference in my stomach and my back. I have a long way to go, but I know I'll get there.
