  2. I haven't been able to get on here lately, I've been so busy. Please don't remove me from the challenge. Today's weight was 145 (which I am super happy about because it seems like I had been in a weight stall for a while now and the scale is finally moving again in the right direction).

  8. No weight loss this week. Still 149.
  9. I just got done watching the biggest loser finale and I gotta say it feels pretty good to know I beat the at home prize winner. Jordan lost 44.??% , I lost 45.87% since starting this journey. It sure isn't easy but its worth it. When I first started out I could barely walk for 10 minutes before being out of breath and needing to rest. Now I walk anywhere from 12 to 15 miles a week on my treadmill, plus an additional 2.5 to 3 hours of stretching exercises each week. It's much more difficult to lose the weight now but as long as I can see some improvement it keeps me going and motivated. I know stalls will happen, I just have to keep pushing forward because I never want to be so unhealthy ever again.

  12. 149. Finally in the 140's!!
  13. Today 150. I was really hoping for 149 at least, I've been working out a lot but I guess this is just the way it goes. It's a loss so i'll take it.
  14. Reporting late, sorry. Yesterday's weight: 152 Challenge goal weight: 148 (I've been struggling lately so I would be happy to lose a pound a week at this point).

  17. Final weigh in: 152
  18. Congrats on your weight loss. It looks like we were sleeved on the same day. I just celebrated my 1 year surgerversary yesterday too. And had my 1 year check up yesterday as well.
  19. Today's weight: 152 which also means I am no longer considered 'obese' by the medical community. I had my 1 year surgerversary yesterday and I also had my 1 year check up yesterday. It felt great to be told I was considered a success in the program.
  20. today's weight: 154
