I beat the at home prize winner on The Biggest Loser! :)

I just got done watching the biggest loser finale and I gotta say it feels pretty good to know I beat the at home prize winner. Jordan lost 44.??% , I lost 45.87% since starting this journey.

It sure isn't easy but its worth it. When I first started out I could barely walk for 10 minutes before being out of breath and needing to rest. Now I walk anywhere from 12 to 15 miles a week on my treadmill, plus an additional 2.5 to 3 hours of stretching exercises each week. It's much more difficult to lose the weight now but as long as I can see some improvement it keeps me going and motivated. I know stalls will happen, I just have to keep pushing forward because I never want to be so unhealthy ever again.
