  1. I am almost 10 months about and 90lbs down. Looking to still loose about 15-20lbs. How many calories do you try to consume to still loose weight? And, how many calories to you try to consume if you are consistently doing about 30min of cardio/exercise about 3-4 times a week. I hear that sometimes you won't loose weight if you aren't taking in enough calories while exercising. I recently just started working out religiously and have gained about 3lbs. But I also kinda slacked on my diet. Looking to get back into a good routine to the last of my weight. Any thoughts are appreciated. Thanks you!
  2. I am 7 months post op and was wondering if the rule of not drinking from a straw still applies?
  3. Hi everyone! I'm in need of some new breakfast ideas. I'm getting bored with eggs and egg whites. What do you all eat? Thanks!
  4. I am over 4 months post surgery and wondering if eating soups like chicken vegetable is good. I am curious if it is not good since it's like eating and drinking because it's liquid and solids. What are your thoughts???

  6. Toothbrush and toothpaste (the hospital didn't give me any even though I was there for more than 24 hours) , Chapstick, and flip flops or shoes that are easy to slide on to walk through the hospital. I packed a bunch a stuff, but didn't use much other than those. Good luck!

  11. I'm going on vacation while on puréed foods. Any suggestions as to what may be good to bring to a hotel or order out at resturants?? I had this vaca planned before I even knew my surgery date. Worried about how the 5 days will go.

  13. I was sleeved about 2 weeks ago. Around day 11 or 12 post op I found I was able too drink a larger amount than before too. I think some swelling went down. I have been on a liquid diet since surgery and will be for 4 weeks post op. . I dont think you should worry. I don't think one time of eating too much won't stretch you sleeve, but you should be careful in the future. Try weighing and measuring your foods to prevent any stretching of your stomach. Good luck!
  14. I am almost 2 weeks post-op and I feel like I can't get my legs comfortable sometimes. It's worse at night, but I sometimes feel it during the day. Is this restless legs? Any suggestions to fix this?
  15. Is it from the blood thinner shots you get post op? I too started right after surgery. I am on the pill and usually never have irregular bleeding in between. I'm supposed to have my real period soon according to my pill schedule. Wondering if I will, or if that was it... Really had no idea that this may happen.
  16. Yummy!! Definitely adding this to the menu when I'm past the post op diet stage!
  17. I have been having similar pains that are just under my ribs on both sides. I'm 4 days post op. I was thinking they are gas pains? Or maybe reflux? I'm not sure. I tried Gas-X strips. They seems to help a little. Walking helps too, but I'm still kinda weak. Hope you are feeling better soon!
