Best Tasting Calcium Supplement EVER!
- Eating at 4 months
I am 4 months out (June 3rd) and I can eat anything. As of today I've lost 64 pounds. I do eat Protein first and limit my carbs, but I'm not super strict about it (meaning I will eat an occasional cracker or slice of bread).- How's your weight loss going, slow, steady, stalled or goal?
I've been losing steadily, however I have been stalled for the past 2-3 weeks.- the 2nd worst day of my life (trigger)
I'm so sorry. I've had a few miscarriages myself, and they were emotionally traumatic for me. I wish you the best of luck in the future.- amusement park

Lookin' great!!!- How bad was it? Would you do it again?
First 2 days were very painful but after that I was fine. Yes, I would absolutely endure that pain again!- 50 lbs in 13 weeks!
Here I am the night before surgery, and then 3 months later! I see the biggest difference in my stomach and my back. I have a long way to go, but I know I'll get there.- June 3 sleeved
As of this morning I am officially down 50 pounds!!!- More than I expected!
This is awesome news!!- Untolerable foods
Watermelon! It's the only food that comes right back up when I eat it.- Doctor says I'm losing a bit too quickly?!
I'm definitely going to listen to my doctor - he's the expert, not me. I am just scared about losing more muscle!- Doctor says I'm losing a bit too quickly?!
I had an appointment yesterday at the weight loss clinic, and the doctor told me that I am losing weight too quickly. He says that I'm at the very top limit of how quickly they like to see patients lose weight, and that I need to apply the brakes a little. He would like me to add 100 calories every day to my diet until I'm eating 1,000-1,300 calories a day. Right now I'm eating approx. 700 calories a day, and I feel completely satisfied with that. Mostly everything I eat is Protein, with some veggies and some fruit. My blood pressure is a little low, and I get light headed when I go from a sitting to a standing position, but that is fairly normal for me. I had that same issue as a teenager. The doctor would like me to start salting my foods, or even eating a handful of salty nuts a day. I'm 9 weeks out and have lost 43 pounds. The bad part is that I have lost about 15 pounds of muscle. I am really good about getting my cardio in, but I'm not so good about resistance training, but after hearing about the muscle loss, I will change that! Do you agree with the doctor that 43 pounds in 9 weeks is too much?? I left the doctor's office feeling kind of defeated.- Diet soda
Another Diet Coke addict here... I haven't had any since a few days before surgery (in fact, I'm 9 weeks and 1 day clean as of today!) and while I do miss it at times, I know that I'm better off without it.- June 3 sleeved
How are all my June 3rd sleeve buddies doing? Can you believe we are 8 weeks post op already!? I'm down 36 pounds since surgery, and I feel fantastic! Absolutely no regrets here.- My expirience with Gastric Sleeve surgery
Congratulations on your weight loss, but I'm sorry about what you had to go through to get there.- Pain in my collar bone after eating?
I first I thought it was gas, but should I still be having gas issues 8 weeks out?- Pain in my collar bone after eating?
Every time I eat and get full, I get a pain in my left collar bone/shoulder area...it's sort of a pinched nerve kinda pain. I'm 8 weeks out today, and this has been happening ever since the surgery. It's not super painful or anything, but it's uncomfortable and lasts for about 20 minutes before going away. Anyone else experience this? Does anyone know what causes it?- One year 25 day anniversary
You look awesome!!!- Digestive Nightmare
