Thank you so much!! As for food when I first started post op I drank two shakes a day in four sittings and then had a tiny dinner. as I progressed I started to have the two shakes but one for Breakfast one for lunch and then a high Protein dinner such as turkey or chicken or eggs. I only add a little seasoning and no carbs really. I'm a rut eater so what I currently do is every day I have a shake for breakfast, half a Protein Bar for a snack, lunch some protein almost always grilled chicken, another snack being the other half of a protein bar then dinner a Turkey patty with a little cheese and avocado. Tons a Water through out the day. Hope that helps!
