I am also 3 weeks post op! I take two Flintstones Complete vitamins (chewable) each morning. Are you taking a chewable vitamin? The Flintstones aren't the greatest thing on the planet but not horrible either. Good luck!

try prenatal

Agree, agree, agree!!!!! I'm still not sound that great. The Calcium and b12 are ok - it's the multi that is killing me. I gave tried chewable and liquid and neither would stay down!

try prenatal

Is there a prenatal brand that the pills aren't huge? I tried to buy some this weekend and the pills are insane!

Buy gummies

I threw up from liquid and solid. the vitacraves by centrum stay down. any gummi textured one should work.

I struggled with this also... Tries both chewable nd liquid, threw them both up with minutes of swallowing. I have switched to Centrum 1 a day gummies, I take double the dose, so 4 gummies in the morning. I still take my chewable iron and Vit B, but my vitamin D is also gummy. Good luck to you, and don't give up!

The Kroger children's complete vitamins are pretty good. I can't handle the calcium chewable a yet because they make e nauseous

I think I may be able to try this. Somethings his be better than nothing!

I couldn't stomache any of them but the flinstone children's vitamins. My Dr told me I could quit taking them if they were making me sick. But he did tell me it was a must for white females and black males. ( didn't ask why )

That is interesting. How far out are you ?

There are a gummy version of almost every mineral/ vitamin and they tend to taste good. They use natural fruit flavors. For a mutil vitamin, I've been taking centrum flavor bites. They are much better then the other chewables I've tried. There are also gummy multi vitamins, but my dr told me to try centrum first...
