I love all the picture post! I just wish I could. I'm just over 40lbs lost since surgery & just over 50 since post op. I hate that I look in the mirror & still see a 300lbs woman. I can tell I'm losing but my stomach area is still holding onto the crap/fat... It'll leave just not as fast as I would like. Yay to almost 50 lbs since surgery!!! Nothing else I have done has ever done this...

I'm almost 50 down and my feet, legs, boobs are all shrinking. Lol. My tummy is holding in for dear life. You think it has a mind of its own. Lol. I have lost one size in my waist, but would love for the chub to melt away! Hang in there. I keep visualizing it disappearing. :-)

My Fitness Pal keeps telling me I'm not eating enough calories. I'm wondering if that is the reasoning for the slow weight loss. I was able to get my 1200 calories in and the next day I lost a lb. lol. Crazy that I struggle to get in what I could throw down in one meal. I'm happy that I cannot eat as much and I don't have a choice. I needed this surgery to help me. My surgeon told me my stomach was huge. No wonder I could eat a 1/2 of pizza. Lol

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
