Any other July 1st sleevers home?

I had my surgery at 7:30 am yesterday and my doctor discharged me this afternoon. I was up just about every hour to pee last night. That wasn't good for my sleep, but it did get me moving around.

Give yourself a couple weeks and you wont recognize yourself in the mirror. ...Congrats

My fiancé took my two week ost op picks yesterday and I compared them to my pre op pics and your right it really is amazing the change that I saw. The weight loss for me I see in my face and neck as well as my legs, and rear end and hips. It's amazing what I couldn't see in the mirror I could see in the pics, now I know why they want you to take lots of them. It made me feel good.

Hey everybody!!! I was sleeved July 1st and weighed this morning and I am down 50lbs! So excited!!!!

Congrats!! I'm at -47.8 since July 3.. Sooooo close to the 50lb mark! Lol

July FIRST sleevers.... since we were sleeved on the same day, I'd like to know how many calories you are aiming it each day?

My NUT wouldn't give me a number to focus on. I NEED to have a daily personal goal!!!

I'm currently set at 700 on MFP, but I go over that almost every day! Please give me some guidance!

I too set my MFP goal to 700. Anytime I go over it i also get a lot more protein 80-100 grams, so I think that's more important than the extra calories.

My Nut told me 800 calories. I am also on myfitnesspal as well. It does help keep you aware of what your putting in your body.

Somethings I could eat previously can't anymore tomatoes and certain types of fruit don't settle well.

My hate for fish has turned into a like for fish. Easiest to eat and less calories but still getting protein in.

I'm almost 6 weeks out and I was wondering about weight lifting because I'd like to start toning. At what point did you guys add this to your workout? My doc said 8 weeks but I feel like I'm ready now.

I was cleared for all and any exercise at 6 weeks

Wondering how everyone is doing? It seems now everyone's life is beginning and less time for VST anymore. Hope all are still doing well.

Wow that's quite weird - also sleeved 1st July, also 48 pounds down and 52 to go! I can't believe I am almost half way. Feels great to have some weight off. My weight loss has slowed to about 2 pounds a week (not complaining). I am curious to know if everyone has experienced the same thing?
