Diet V8 Splash (Berry Blend is really good), V8 fusion Light (I got strawberry banana), cream Soups (98% fat free), greek yogurt is good for Protein and is also a thick liquid. What Protein powder or shake are you using?

Haha! I am doing nectar pink grapefruit mixed in Water because I knew I had to get Protein in during clear liquid phase. Once I clear that tub, I will be getting a flavor that mixes well with milk! LoL! Yes, the yogurt and apple sauce and sugar free chocolate pudding are SO awesome! Haha!

Ugh, I never did really like the EAS shakes. You also need to be careful with their RTD shakes, as most of them are too high in carbs.

For RTD, I like the Premier shakes - I keep some of the vanilla and the chocolate in the fridge for grab and go convenience. I have an assortment of powder Protein as well, mostly Syntrax (some of the lighter fruit flavors, vanilla and the Cookies and cream), unjury chicken and unflavored and the Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% whey that I was taking starting late last year (and still like because it leaves me feeling full a bit longer than many of the others!)

We'll see which ones I still like when I start full liquids next Friday :)

Maybe try KEFIR thick liquid yogurt drink. You need your shakes to give you your Protein, almond milk will give you some but its alot of calories for not alot of protein I just checked my hubbies carton and his was 80 calories 1gram of protein, maybe his isnt the best . Im sure theres better out there. Also try Premier Protein shakes thet taste great over ice. 30 grams of protein 1 gram of sugar 5 carbs hope this helps. Good luck.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
