My wagon got a flat tire..

And I jumped off, I am desperately trying to fix it.

But I am consumed with thoughts of, well if one tire is weak then perhaps they are all destined to fail. Is it just fear of failure or is there a much more sinister thing going on? Like trying to give up so I can give in?

I'm writing this as I sit in the drivers seat again.

Albeit a much bumpier ride at the moment.

Wrong place I see now. But I didn't need answers anyway :)

Ok :)

I do not known if it is cutting out the Protein bars (2g sugar ones) or a killer cross fit session from this Tuesday, but I have dropped 6 lb since the post above. Woo hoo! It has been 3 months since the scale has dropped into new territory. My wife keeps admiring the upper body muscle being added by consistent cross fit sessions.

6# way to go man!!

Another 1.2 lb gone last night for 7.2 total. Man I am on a roll this week and into low 170s, but getting strong all over. I blame my stall for last 2 months on too many carbs / calories from protein bars.

So now I'm really confused. Is this a hiking thread' date=' a crossfit thread or a chuck wagon thread?[/quote']

It is a thread about getting back on track and suggestions on what might help. :) you know us, our chuck wagon wanders all over the place.

Don't you read? She had a flat tire on her station wagon.

Congrats on breaking the stall. Eliminating Quest bars was one key thing I did to get to my goal.

Are all the flat tires fixed now?

How did I miss the flaming threads? geesh ... I thought i read most everything!

This thread is EXACTLY why I like it here as opposed to other places even though I'm not a Veteran. You guys (and ladies!) are AWESOME! :)
