Has anyone not lost hair?

As I've gotten older I've noticed a natural increase in hair loss. I'm now pretty worried about it post op. I have seen posts of people having loss but most say others don't notice. Has anyone NOT experienced it???

I didnt loose any hair till I was at 3 month mark and I'm still losing it. Its everywhere!

I'm almost 4 months and no loss yet.. Knock on wood!

I am 2 1/2 months out and really haven't lost anymore hair then the usual. I also have been taking Biotin since arund 3 months before surgery just in case.

I am 23 days post~op....I have really non~exsistant thin hair to begin with...so I hope to GAWD I dont start losing it, I am taking liquid whole green food vitamins...but I think I will also start taking that Biotin supplement like the girl above was talkin about.....I dont know if I am getting enough protein (hate the shakes, ALL of EM!!!) but can tolerate oatmeal, and greek yogurt!...I have constant heartburn which really sux!! but I'm down 24 pds and that definately doesnt sux!!!

My surgery was 12/17/12 and my hair started falling out this week. I take biotin daily....get my required protein in, and take a multivitamin . I hope it stops falling out soon. Good luck.....maybe yours won't all out.

I had hair loss at about 5 months out. Freaked out! But it lasted about 6 weeks. Doing way better...it grows back!

I'm 3 months out and no hair loss. Should I still expect this?

I am 1 yr post-op...

I started to lose hair at 6 months post op. It wasn't extreme, but I was concerned.

Thankfully it passed within a few weeks. My hair has been fine ever since!

Keep up with your Vitamins & add Biotin or "Hair, Nails & Skin" vitamins to your routine, and you'll be fine! :)

2 1/2 moths out. Very thin hair, no hair loss yet. I take extra biotin out of fear of it coming out. I've heard that making sure you're getting your protein in and drinking your fluids will also help prevent this. It's a scary possibility.

Oh yes.... The above is 100% true! Meet or exceed your Protein goal!

If your body doesn't get that minimum amount the first thing to go is your hair!
