I am sure whoever asked already had their surgery, but I have and used Dr. Borland- I LOVE him! I just don't see how they can get better- his staff is awesome and welcoming as well! Dr. Borland is very patient oriented and focused on his patient. Easy on the eyes too!

I can eat about 8-10 tiny boiled crawfish maybe 4 large ones, our love for boiled crawfish won't go away LOL

Dr. Rachel Moore with Surgical Specialist of La. They have a slidell, Metarie, Covington an I believe a Picayune, ms office shes amazin only 5mts an nearly cant see my scars

Hello, I'm Cajunmeme. Had gastric sleeve done on April 28, 2015. Was extremely scared before the surgery. But now one month after I realized the fear was for nothing. Dr, Eschete did my surgery. Have been very happy with him and his staff. The staff at Lafayette General Hospital really knew what they were doing in regards to Sleeve surgery. The nurses were so encouraging the entire stay.

Post op: Liquids stage not horrible, pureed stage not as bad as I thought, soft food stage Ok. I have a hard time finding foods that I can eat that are appealing to me.

I am at a stand still presently. Went down to 222 lbs. then gained 5 lbs. Now between 224 and 226. This has been like this for over a week. Waiting for the scale to go down again. In the back of my mind I am thinking Darn This Diet isn't working any better than all the other ones I tried before.

Are any of you experiencing problems with your spouse or love ones after the surgery?
