I must be a slow loser but I haven't done any workouts of any kind... so 10 pounds... for the first month doesn't seem good at all. Any advice would be appreciated thanks dears. And I totally forgot about me one week check up to add that so down 18pounds and 20 on pree op diet.. fun fun.

Here's my update.

I am down 27lbs since surgery 2/28. I seem to stall every other week.

Nsv - I'm down 22.5 inches in total.

Presurgery weight 313 DOS 2/ 26/13 290lbs Cw 239 -51 lBS since surgery I too have a lot of stalls. Frustrating aren't they, I notice the skin in my arms tightening tho :) I'm in the blue suit that is pre oP. Blue lace shirt is recent.

Sleeved 2/19 and a total of 56lbs down. I have hit my second stall which has lasted two weeks after losing 4-6lbs weekly. I get a bit frustrated since I have not deviated from the plan. I don't expect to lose as quickly as someone in their 20s or 30s but c'mon!

Sleeved 2/27

Down 55lbs (10 of that was liquid diet 1 week prior).

Buplee... you're doing well. My starting weight was 40lbs higher than yours... so %-wise (which is what really counts), you're doing great!! Don't sweat the stalls... you're probably losing inches.

Sleeved 2/25. Total lost 53 pounds, This includes 17 pre-op.

Lots of mistakes, still learning...trying to walk regularly.

Buplee; I too had a stall for two weeks, at one point but I think its the body trying to adjust to not losing weight too fast. Don't worry so much about the stalls. It happens to us all. You are doing great!

Wow! There is a noticeable difference. Congrats!

Thx. I'm seeing the difference too. The stalls are so frustrating or especially like today I gain a lb or two them lose a lb or two but never really go father than that.

As of today, I have lost 50 lbs. Very pleased!

Sleeved on 2/19/13 down 77 lbs TODAY! Happy lady

I am hoping to have a body shot one of these days. Lol

Amazing. We were sleeved 4 days apart and have lost the exact same amount of weight. Guess our diets and lifestyles are similar! :-)

I don't know if many of you realize this, but we are all making approximately the same progress. Most of us in this thread were sleeved the latter part of February and are approx 50 lbs lighter. It doesn't matter which week you lose the weight (What I call "stall panic"), as long as it keeps coming off!

Today I am 3 months out, I was sleeved on Valentine's day and I am down 68lbs. I am about 3 pounds past my half way to goal mark.

I think we are all doing amazing!!
