So I am officially 6months out today , down 92 lbs per the scale here at the hotel, was hoping for the big 100 but being on the road has totally thrown me off with my work out schedule and eating. do you know how hard it is to eat out every meal because my company wont pay for me to buy through grocery stores. totally sucks...... anyhow hopefully the lbs will start to drop again once I get back to my personal trainer.

I will post pictures soon on my page once i get home and have clothes that fit me ...

Keep it up! Just order the most basic items on the menu where you have a good idea of the Protein and carb counts. Make sure you get take-out container right away so you're not tempted to overeat. You are VERY successful......remember that.

92 lbs in 6 months is AWESOME! That's an average of 1/2 pound a day!

Just a suggestion have your doc write a note stating you have specific dietary needs when traveling, therefore your foods must b purchased at the grocery stores. Can't hurt good luck

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
