Calling All March 18 Sleevers

Recommended Posts

Are any of you March 18th sleevers using My Fitness Pal to log your meals? If you are, and if you don't mind adding me as a friend, my username is TimH_ok. Looking at other people's daily food journals gives me good ideas and helps me stay motivated.

Thank you MsLiz. I wasnt sure I could but I ate 1.5 oz of baked chicken yesterday with 1 ounce of mash. It agreed with me. I'm curious has to how much everyone else eats at 5 weeks post-op?

Hi all I was sleeved 3/18/2013. Due to weather I missed my 6 week follow up and nutrition appointment this week. I am starting to freak out over how much I should be eating. Nothing has disagreed with my sleeve so far. I have been measuring 2 oz portions at a time. Is anyone eating more? What are you eating? I am on myfitnesspal pal. My name is workitoutwoman there as well. I would love to see what others are doing. I also have created some recipes on my page. Maybe we can share the journey. Please add me.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
