How are you?

Sorry I'm late getting back to you but I just feel up to posing comments. Such little sleep last night do to pain, walking, and gas. I finally got some sleep today, and feel rested. Dr. said I did great and looked great this morning and discharged my this evening. I'm home resting comfortably and on my Clear liquids. I was never so happy to get popsicles! Hope you're doing well!

I'm home thanks for you all prayers and well wishes. Things went far better than I thought. Scars are small. So far I'm happy and grateful to have the sleeve surgery done. . Did have a bit of gas that was relieved with walking.

Thanks you all sleeve family

Hi

I am feeling better each day. I'm able to take more fluids in today.

I've even put some sexy playful dance moves for my wonderful Dh that I couldn't do before. Yay

It's a learning process but I find that

Sipping, walking, more sipping adding a little extra activity each day is my key.

Yesterday I rested a little more.

Today is a Great Day!!

Getting snow in but I love it.

Oh weight loss 20lbs day 6

Some Water weight

Thanks

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
