I've got them too. I have to build muscle there and it will help smooth things out. When I walk, my legs shake and jiggle. I cant stand it anymore.

I have the same problem! I'm one month post op and down 25 lbs. I used to be 150 lbs and still had the same issue. Once I feel more energetic and can consume more I am going to pick up running, well at least work my way to running. I'm sure exercise can help us out with our cute dimples :)

weight training ( HEAVY LIFTING, not just resistance bands type of stuff) has made a MAJOR difference for me as far as cellulite

I've just been walking on my treadmill and have toned a lot, not seeing any saggy skin yet and I have lost 40 pounds. I worked my arms out tonight, trying to tone the back of them, my lower arms are lean.

cellulite is a skin condition which is caused by unhealthily large fat cells creating dimples on the skin and is commonly observed on thighs and buttocks. There are many treatments through which one can reduce cellulite appearance. I was also having cellulite and used to ask the same question then after my friend's recommendation, I started doing massage palper-rouler all over the cellulite affected area see here and within a few days my skin was smooth and cellulite free.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
