Finally Broke my 2 month stall

Seriously, 2 plus months of gaining and losing the same 3 pounds. I went on Lil Diva's bootcamp and FINALLY am out of the 180s into the 170s. Yay!

congratulations! I was just reading about her boot camp and thinking of starting it this weekend.

Is Lil Divas bootcamp, the same as the 5 day pouch test?

It is similar, but because we don't have a pouch we don't have to do the liquid bit. It is basicly protien (chicken, fish, dairy) and only green veggies. No sugar. No carbs. A gallon of water a day. 5 days. I am a vegitarian so I am having to rely heavily on protien shakes/bars. I am in day three and already feel better.

Thanks, I've got to check that out!

Is it ok to have Protein shakes and bars while doing the bootcamp?

I wouldn't think bars would be good because of all the sugar in them. :) I have done this many times and it works great!

There is a thread happening now for the boot amp and Lil Miss Diva has been active on it. You may want to ask her about the protein bars:)

I wouldnt call gaining & losing the same 3 pounds for 2 months a STALL.... that word gets thrown around too much...

congrats on the loss none the less

The protein bars and shakes I use keep my carbs below 40 for the day. I don't have much choice as a vegitarian if I want to get my protein high... and if seeing 185 every other day for 2 months isn't a stall I don't know what is...
