Well, I never had a stall, until now. I've been teetering between 199 and 201 pounds for 2 weeks now! I was so excited to go under 200 for the first time in 19 years, only to see the scale go back up past 200 again! I added more Protein Powder to my diet and have been drinking my Water. I walked a lot this week and shoveled snow! Why, for the love of God, why? The only difference in my diet is I bought the wrong Calcium supplements so I haven't had calcium citrate in about 3 weeks-could that affect loss? I'm eating 600-650 cals. a day. Could the no loss be muscle weight? I'm hoping, praying, and staying tight on plan today and we'll see what this week brings. I won't weigh myself again until next Sat. Anyone else experience the 'milestone' back 'n forth dance? Not fun!

That happened to me around the 210 mark...I actually increased my calaries a little...kept with my Protein and Fluid intake steady and it started to drop again. I am now 203 this morning and looking forward to that one on the scale. Good luck!

I could have written your post! I have been hovering at 200 for 2 weeks now also. Onederland has actually been scary for me to think about psychologically for some reason. I think it is because I have lost large amounts of weight in the past and every time I get to close to Onederland is when the weight started coming back on. Also, I have not been in Onederland in over 15 years when I started gaining all my weight (also the year my dad died and I went through divorce). I am hoping my stall breaks soon.

The 200lb mark was the hardest one for me to get through. From 204 to 199 took well over a month and was done in very small increments - once I got there then it started coming off again faster. I found that I seem to stall out every 20lbs or so. I hated getting on the scale and seeing the .2, 4, .6 loss and the .8 increase up and down, yo-yo stuff.... keep doing what you are doing and it will happen!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
