My NUT actually recommended switching to Gummy Vitamins because I was having the same issue. The gummies are fabulous!

which brand of gummies are you taking?

I'm taking MultiVites. I found them at Sam's Club, they're a Gummy for adults. They do have 3g of sugar.. oops. But hey, if I can keep them down and not dread taking them.. that's something :-)

Hey all. I have a question about the multi-Vitamin. I take 1 opurity chewable a day. Some days it makes me unbelievably nauseous and other days I'm fine. I think it depends on how well I chew the Vitamin. It is so sour that sometimes it is hard to chew. I tried to find a substitute vitamin' date=' such as a Gummy, but none of them have anything close to the amount of Vitamins in this chewable.

Has anyone else had this problem?? I know I need my Vitamins and I am choking this thing down every day, but I hate not knowing how it will make me feel. Any other vitamins you guys have tried? Also, is it possible to take a Multi-Vitamin pill, not chewable? i prefer pills![/quote']

I'm the same way. I forgot to ask if I could take pill form but vitamins have always bothered my stomach. I used to take "Intramax" a liquid vitamin that is not cheap but it taste great! At first they said I could take them but to double dose. Too costly but after my3 month bloodwork, my levels weren't too bad considering I have the same 30 day bottle I bought just before surgery. I am gonna get back on the "Intramax". chewables just are not consistent for me with how I react to them.

Good luck.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
