Protien Powder/Drink Samples

Hey guys,

I am just starting this journey of getting approved for WLS, but I have been reading that a lot of people advise to get lots of samples of protien shakes before hand to see what you like. Can anyone tell me what is a good way to go about getting samples? Can you just buy individual pakets of protien powder, or one single shake? Can any one recommend a good tasting shake? Any additional info would be great as well

Also have Vitamin question--are the gummies ok? I also saw a mini mutivitamin, has anyone tried it? I am concerned about getting all the Vitamins down after surgery(I dont like them now) Alos tried the liguid B12, horrible and you need an entire teaspoon.

My Nut said no, if you read the ingredients there's about half of what you need. I can't find a good chewable so I'm being bad and taking the gummies, post op for first week.

If you go to Nashuanutrition.com and type samples in the search box, they have a big dropdown list of different kinds of Protein that you can order samples of for $1.95 each up to 5 of each flavor. they ship pretty quick too....
