I'm set up for February 4th. Seems like forever away. People keep telling me, "oh don't worry". It bugs me cause I'm not worried. What seems to keep popping in my head is, am I doing the right thing.

I would like to here what others are thinking, going through.

My Doctors plan is two days preop clear liquid, not 10 like I've been reading on here. Anyone else similar?

About to be sleeved. It's scheduled for 7:30am but we'll see when they send me back. So far I got the IV in and they gave me a shot of heparin (blood thinner) and an anti nausea patch.

I was supposed to be at the hospital at 11 and then they called me and said the doctor had an emergency so now I have to go there at 1! Ahhhhhhhh I just want to do this! Good luck to everyone having surgery today as well!

Yeah I am supposed to be there by 530 and it takes 1.5 hours to get there so we will leave around 330-400 am

I don't know about the sleep! Ha ha.

I'm sleeved! I did it!!! Just drowsy for the pain meds. Not in much pain thank god. Just happy. My new beginning is starting!

Does anyone have Feb. 26th for a surgery date? I just found out my date today. I'm soooo excited!

Yup! 26th here too. How do you feel just finding out and it's less than two weeks away? Excited?
