  1. I have two coworkers who both had the Bypass and both eat things they and I were told we'd never be able to eat again. One is 9 months out while the other is about 11 months. I've witnessed both of them eatting chocolate at different times. I've watched one of them eat a whole Kitkat bar (normal size) and have no problem whatsoever. FTR....Both have lost well over 100LBS each. Their eatting habits haven't changed much except for the amount. Their intake is about 1/10 of what they used to scarf down.
