fav dish rt now...

I cut 3/4 mushrooms and sauted in evoo. Then I added 1/2 cup egg beaters (=2 eggs), 1 slice of lowfat cheese..when finished I put 1/2 c plain greek yogurt and some salsa....YUMMY!!!

2 to 2.5 oz of ground turkey mixed with neman's medium salsa & a wedge of laughing cow light cheese.< /p>

@nailgirl5464: is that 3/4 cup of mushrooms? are do you mean 3/4 of the package?? Thank you in advance for your help and thank you so much for posting this it sounds yummy and it has in it everything my husband likes too :}

Quinoa and lean ground beef (seasoned with cumin, sazon goya, garlic, tomatoes) stuffed cubanelle peppers...baked in the oven until wrinkled and softened.

Chili: 1lb of ground beef, 2 cans of Campbell's Tomato Soup, 2 cans of dark kidney Beans. Add as much chili powder as desired.

It's tasty and not too spicy or has peppers or other spicy stuff which might aggravate the sleeve or acid reflux (although sometimes tomato products do that anyway)

tuna fish with some mayo and red onions

mmmmmmmm....i just mixed up about 2-3 oz ricotta cheese, a pkt of splenda and a capful of Torani sf vanilla syrup!!!!YUMMO!!!.......helped my sweet tooth! ;)

      Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?

      Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
