10 months out.

Hi all!

Just wanted to share with ya'll an update on me. I'm currently 10 months out and my only regret is not having done this years ago!! I feel so great about my progress and am just about 35 lbs from my goal. I have pretty much stuck to the program, I am not as good about taking Vitamins as I should be, but I know it. However, labs at 9 months were great! So I guess I can't be too hard on myself. I'll go ahead and post before and afters so you can see where I came from and where I am now. Please don't hesitate to ask questions, this site was so helpful to me at the beginning...

HW: 368 lbs 2/20/12

CW: 215 lbs 12/18/12

Goal: 180 lbs

You must be tall, because you look good at your current weight. I am 5'3" and around the same weight, but I don't look like you! Congrats on your progress to date.

You look absolutely amazing! I'm 7 months out and have lost 92. I wish I could lose as fast as some others but I'm happy with my progress. Just so close to ONEDERLAND I can taste it and I can't wait. So hard to get under that 200 mark.

Hi all. I am a major newness. I got my gastral sleeve done December 17.2012. I feel amazing right now. I ain't sure I have lost anything at all. I am currently on cream soups and I have made homemade soup and mushed the squash up kinds like pured eating has not been a problem wanting to eat all the good food over Christmas vacation is the problem. Lol knock on wood I haven't gotten sick at all. I was 227lbs and am 5'4 before surgery . Ii just have so many questions about if I am doing this right. I feel real alone even though my hubs and family are very supportive.

Wow you look amazing...

chocolate gives me a terrible pain in my stomach I learned it the hard way. I start to sweat and get a terrible pain in my stomach causing me to want to curl up. It happened twice and I drank some liquid Tylenol which gets rid of the pain almost immediately. Man oh man no more chocolate for me. Congrats from 18-10. I went from 26-14 feeling sexy :)

Hi!

Was the pain in your stomach or your chest area? I had the same pain where is made me double over when I ate certain things (anything like processed meats, some chocolate, butter and mayonaise) I thought it was my stomach also, comes to find out that is wasn't it was my gall bladder and I had a stone. The pain or spasms would last most times over an hour till I was told that when you feel it coming on to drink Water and it was ease the pain pretty quick.

Congrats on your 14's and wishing you continued success to your goal!!!

Happy Holidays!!
