Hi all, 7 weeks out now and have lost 45lbs. I am currently on my second stall though. I have been exercising daily and eat around 700 caps. Only seem to stay the same on the scales. I have been losing inches though, on waist and chest. If I increase my Protein do U think I will start losing again? Thanks :)

I was sleeved on nov 7th. As of two weeks ago I lost 30. I made a decision to not step on the scale until my next dr appt which is next week. I have felt like I gained but maybe I'm just obsessing because now xl shirts fit me rather than 2x and I bought jeans rather than 20 an 18. I know inches are coming off but I'm feeling bloated and heavy. I made a deal with myself that I was not going to be a Slave to the scale because like all of us it took a while to get to the weight we were and its going to take a while to get to the weight we want to be. Hang in there and think positive. I know we will have stalls but our bodies will kick in especially when we are not stressed out over trying to get thin.

Hang in there !!!!

I'm also 7 weeks out and I'm into my third one. It sucks. I get 60+ grams of Protein, all my Water, and stay around 700 cals. I have gone from a 48 jean to a 40-38 and my 3xl shirts that were snug to xl. I know I'm shrinking but I have bounced between 300.4 and 302 for the last week. I just want the scale to start with a 2! I have lost 45# since surgery.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
