What Are You Able To Eat?

Hi everyone,

i am now 5 days post op. Im on a liquid diet. I'm a worried cause i'm able to eat a cup of Soup like not even broth... soup!

can you please tell me if i' m okay or if there's anything wrong with me? What do you guys were able to eat at that stage?

Hi! I am 5 days out as well. I couldn't eat anything other than watered down G2 & ice chips but last night, I made a mistake a tasted a small piece of lean meat. I got sick of course & threw it up. I'm back to full liquids...I learned my lesson. Today I had yogurt but finished about 6oz. I hope I didn't over eat.

I couldn't eat broth post op either. I just couldn't keep it down.

what about diet Jell-o and pudding? I also ate yogurt, the fruit flavored, no small pieces of fruit though.

I was told i could have broth & sugar free Jello. They actually gave me jello at the hospital. and of course your shakes.< /p>
