How did everything go? Hope you're feeling well.

I'm feeling great. I'm able to get all my Fluid in. . My energy level is good . I think I over did it yesterday with my wii fit but this morning I'm great. I've been having a little discomfort when I drink my shakes but I noticed that decrease as the days go by. Dr. Hart and Emory Johns Creek was wonderful.

Hi there! You will love him, him and his staff are great! They really took care of me. I am having no complications, Thank God! I'm near 78 so we can find a workout spot that is close to both of us. I can't wait!

You know they are putting an LA Fitness right on 78 where the old Kroger used to be. I have a membership and I am allowed to take 1 person for free besides my daughter. My daughter had gastric bypass May 30, 2012

Loved Dr. Macik and Northside. Only stayed in hospital one night. Everyone was great. I have been lucky and off pain meds since I got home. Had major dry heaves when they gave me pain meds in the hospital. Trying to walk out the gas pains...those still hurt the most.

He did an awesome job on my daughter. He doesn't speak much but he is very lovable.

I'm in Ellenwood right outside of Decatur I am 3 months out (8/21/12). What gym do you go to.

What did you do for pre-diet.

I did the low/no carb diet. So a lot of veggies and grilled/ baked meats. Whole fruits and Water. I was glad I didn't have to do the liquid diet.

I am like ten minutes from that new gym. My niece and I were thinking about joining there. We did the get in shape boot camp around the corner for five weeks and it was great!

I ate veggies and minimal meat. i was losing the weight but I wanted to come off faster. I didn't work out that much before I got the sleeve. I am not really that motivated to do the work. I was thinking that after the surgery would do it. Getting the weight off suppose to be easy now! I sleeved 10/10/12. Hoping that I change my thought of having regrets.

So I said that I would keep everyone updated well.... Im happy to announce that my surgery day is December 18th I couldnt be more ecstatic long time coming. Everyone else who's still waiting for "that day/surgery day or even your approval" to come be patient stay positive and it will come !!!

What are some of the things you experienced after surgery. I have one more week of pre-dieting and the 12th will be here. How long were you out of work?
