Trying to enjoy birthday lunch on your special day. I feel like I'm a big bag of screwed up hormones lately! All I do is complain and seriously- I truly am not like that - So in some respect it's comforting to know that this too shall pass :). All that Said- hubby and I are going to play bingo for my birthday! He HATES that sort of thing so I must take him up on this. He must reallllllly feel sorry for me :). He made cake- better than sex cake and oh my- How will I pass that up. I probabaly won't. I'm terrible. :).

I also need a new scale. I forgot to get one while I was at the store. Darn. Right now enjoying some Decaf tea with spelnda. It's so chilly and rainy. We just to put some logs on the fireplace and what a perfect evening. Oh and a scary Halloween movie :). I guess after all my 29th birthday isn't so bad ;).

Hope all is going well for everyone and as always- you are all in my prayers.

Happy Birthday, hang in there. Buy yourself a scale that does BMI, %water, % fat etc. around $30. Enjoy the company, bingo, fire. Less emphasis on the food.....that's what I keep telling myself anyway, hope someday I'll listen.

Sex cake - hmmmmm, burns calories, good activity, keeps you healthy, puts a smile on your face that will have people wondering ;)

I guess you can have your cake and eat it too?

Happy Birthday Bud :)

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
