Help guys. Doc says nothing to worry about but hubby and I are

Sorry lets try that again. Doc says all ok nothing to worry about buy hubby and I are concerned. I was sleeved 3/22 this year and are still losing 1 - 1.5 kilo a week. Total of 55 kilo so far. I have hit my goal and passed it already. I have only had 1 stall at three weeks post op for two weeks. The rate I'm going there gonna be nothing of me.

Has anyone else had similar problem and did it slow.

Don't get me wrong. Happy about loss and feel great. Still not sleeping overly well but all bloods doc did are normal.

Just wondering if it normal six months out to still be losing big numbers.

Thanx.

I would talk to a nutritionist, on how to maintain your goal weight, I would think it has something to do with your calorie intake.

My nutritionist is very good and ontop of all her patients, I am required to see her 3 months post op, and I am looking forward to it, she also is always an email away.

If you're at goal, you should find where your maintenance calories are so that you will neither lose nor gain. Usually, you factor in your physical activity to determine where the balance is.

Eat healthy and exercise and your weight will maintain. Remember the exercise is super important so you are not eating away your muscle. Keep up the good work!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
