Nsv- Ring Sizes!

Recommended Posts

had an amazing Non scale Victory today- I have been wearing my grandmothers engagement ring on my right ring finger and my Tiffany's ring on my left middle finger.. well they have been getting looser and looser so today I finally decided it was time to resize them.. My gramma's ring went from an 8 to a 6 for my ring finger and my Tiffany went from a 9 to a 7.25! holy cow im losing inches from all over the place!!!!! :D

Yup, me too. I waited until I got to goal as I had a titanium ring and those can't be re-sized and didn't want to have to buy a new ring and then have it re-sized once I got to goal. I bought a new wedding band, which made me sad because it is not the ring from our wedding, but on the other hand, it is nice to not have sausage fingers, sooo ...

Congrats. It is a nice, unexpected NSV

I had my rings re-sized UP when I got married. Since the marriage is iffy, at best, right now, I'm holding off on having mine re-sized DOWN yet. I sometimes put them on just to see how big they are...and I'm glad I don't wear them every day. I'd be in danger of my rings sliding off my finger without me noticing it.

Congrats to you both!!!! I was noticing this last weekend that I can pull my wedding ring off really easily now and fear that one of these days it's going to just fall off.... Soon I'll need to get it resized but hope to hold off until I lose a bit more.

I have bought a smaller ring to wear to ensure my engagement and wedding rings don't fall off. I didn't want to resize till I got to goal and I was afraid it would compromise the setting to resize more than once. But now the new ring is getting loose! I may have to switch fingers.

I need to have this done! Today I was talking and of course using my hands to express a point and my ring went flying across the room! Love this NSV!

This EXACT same thing happened to me. I made a huge hand gesture and off it went. I stopped wearing my ring after that for fear of losing it.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
