In addition to what has already been mentioned above (Zumba & Kinect Sports), I see my kids really get sweating to Dance Central, which can probably had pretty inexpesively.

Dance games are not for me, though. For most strait white guys, there's only one reason to dance, and weight loss isn't it! lol :D

Arcus, what about sport or fitness games for kinect? They're just as good.

Ok we have the Xbox K here but I get board with the games. I have game fly saves me a lot of money lol. I have the 3 game set up and my teens have there own Xbox so they get a game and so do I when I'm bored with it I send it back and get a different one. They have wii, Xbox , ds all Systems. Huge money saver coz if you hate it send it back get a new one lol with out spending 60$ a game lol.

I use Wii fit everyday and I love it.

Me too. It is my main workout.

While I'm not a sleever yet, I thought I'd reply .. I have a program on the WII called 'Walk It Out'. I LOVE it. I work from home, so can walk right in my own house, in any sort of weather. You walk/jog in place to a wide variety of music with different beats, while clicking on things on the screen to create/build your town.

While not for those advanced movers, if you're just getting started moving .. this game is great!

SkyPaw, that sounds like fun!! My husband (the shopper in the family) is going to look for it. Thanks!!

What about the wii Just Dance games? Those are aerobic ad have sweating games that really work. I just did Zumba and burned 226 in 20 mins. Give it a try.

There's a new Nike Training game coming out for the Kinect, it looks like it may give a good work out, I tried the Your Fitness Evolved and I like it, it makes you sweat. I want to try Zumba on the Kinect too.

Is Zumba for Wii fun? What would you recommend? Does Zumba use the Wii balance board?

I have had Zumba for months and couldn't figure out how to get points. I tried it again a few days ago and I am so addicted. I have the Zumba 2 and also Just dance 3. Both really work you out.

What's better? Zumba 1 or 2?

I use all of the wii exercise games but to break up the routine try just dance or zumba! Super fun and great workout!

I have Wii Fit Plus but haven't been on it in months... I got tired of hearing the animated board thingy say "oOOooooo that's OBESE!!!" every time I got on to check my weight! LOL!!

I'm going to get on tonight to see what she says after losing 30 lbs!

That's what I do for my workout. I am addicted to the Yoga section! It was a FINE, FINE day when the snide little voice FINALLY chirped, "That's overweight!" My new goal is to hear the next snide remark... That's a good weight?
