What are ya'll doing dir Protein? I tried the carnation instant Breakfast mixed with 1 cup of milk and 2/3 of dry milk makes the drink have 21 grams of protein. My new tummy doesn't like milk!! Trying it tonight with soy milk. Don't know what I'll do if that doesn't work cause the Protein Drink they gave me in the hospital was nasty!!!

I know I'm not getting the required Water in. My pain is not in my stomach but my chest. Probably should be using the breathing thingy more. Hate it though because it is uncomfortable. Wish I was feeling better by now. Can't believe a lady from another site went back to work already. No way!

Just the breathing thing and walk every hour!! You don't wanna get pneumonia or blood clots. Have you been using the gasx strips? Maybe its gas. The walking will help! I hope you start feeling better

Yes, I sat next to your mom, waiting for my turn. I was the short one with long dark hair. Overall, I was very pleased with the facility & staff. They did try to kick me out after one night, but since I'm self-pay, & they already made me pay for a 2nd night in advance, I stayed a 2nd night.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
