My confessions....

I confess that I have a cherry dr pepper once a day...every day...takes all day to drink it, but I get it done.

....that I dont get all my Protein or Water in...and I dont try

....that at times I really wish I had my whole stomach back so I can finish a sandwich.

.... I get extremely irritated with the people on the blog that gets so upset at the thought of a donut or a cookie... I never intended to give up my favorite foods just to limit my consumption.

.... And finally I confess I love absolutely love this site since Fishy was banned!!

A daily dose of Miralax will keep it soft and not cause cramps. Make sure you keep you fluids up

I eat a half cup of Cheerios..and I'm ready in like 10 minutes..weirdest thing

I'm four months out and I confess:

1. That I love my sleeve and I love being down 4 sizes!

2. That I have been very moody at times with my hubby and kids, and then it makes me mad when they look at me like I'm crazy!

3. That I drink coffee on the weekends!

4. That I do not exercise as much as I should.

5. That I'm obesessed with tracking in myfitnesspal and what the scale says!

6. That I know I talk about my food, what is healthy to eat, stalls, Water, Protein, too much with people who have not had surgery, i.e. friends, family and at work and I have to tell myslef to just stop!

7. That when we are out to eat and I look at what other people have on their plates it grosses me out!

8. That this is the best thing I have ever done for myself!

Fishy? What was the whole name? What happened?

He was a rotten person who was super rude to everyone. Nothing he posted was helpful or constructive. A slew of people reported him and he got kicked out

I confess that I'm having a really bad day and am going to confess my negative thoughts.

I confess that it really ticks me off that I have to count and track everything I put in my mouth, thats what I hatred about dieting before surgery

I confess that it really ticks me off that I'm only a month out and an in my second stall, what gives?!

I confess that I want to stuff my face with a sackful of Krystal burgers, large chili cheese fries, and a large coke and it ticks me off that I can't

I confess that I thank God that I can't stuff my face anymore

I confess that it's 'that' time of the month and I realize that's where these feelings are stemming from

Ok, thx, I feel better

So don't...

I don't. It would drive me insane, and I have no intention of (hopefully) living another 50 years and having to count everything that goes in my mouth. :)

Yeah, I'm not good at it and have tried all the different websites and bought journals that are supposed to make it easy but blah. I've been trying because everyone says to track it, up Proteins, up Water, lower carbs, etc to break a stall. But dang, I lost weight before surgery doing all that without having these stupid stalls. Frustrating!

I confess I am afraid to eat. I don't know if I am Eating too quickly? But it hurts when I eat. I only feel good with smoothies or other soft foods. I am 4 months out. Is anyone else experiencing this?

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
