Maybe you could pack just the powder and Blender Bottle and all you need is Water to add. Or even unflavored Protein Powder (can find at most health food stores if you dont have time to order online)

If you can get your doctor (even a pcp) to write a note stating it's medically necessary it couldn't hurt.
I just found out that I will be going on an unexpected trip. I don't think I will be able to pack my shakes with me. Are there any protein pills or something small that I will be able to take? I am 12 days post-op as of today (8/12) and by the time I fly I will be 4 weeks post-op. I know that I will be able to eat some fish and chicken by then, but I don't want to risk not getting enough protein. Can anyone help me out here?
